This is a coastal residential area, a few minute's walk from the sea, with elegant, comfortable and lovely small houses; it is provided with sports and accommodation facilities and a shopping centre.
The SS 195 road runs along the right side of the area. Here there are the church Beata Vergine Maria Madre della Chiesa, a primary and a secondary school and a well-equipped public sports centre.
